it’s what’s for lunch …

vegi wrap

happy meat-free monday guys!  my sis whipped this up for our lunch today and it’s so delicious not to mention quick and easy to make!

what’s inside

1/4 red onion (sliced)

chopped garlic

1/2 red pepper (sliced)

1/2 orange pepper (sliced)

1/2 zucchini (sliced)

handful of mushrooms

organic hummus

organic whole wheat wraps

extra virgin olive oil

pepper + spices (optional)

the how

sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until translucent. chuck in the other veggie’s and sauté for a few more minutes depending on how cooked you like your veggies.  season.  spread hummus on the wrap and top with veggie mix and serve.
