one head of cabbage, shredded

2 carrots (shredded or julienned)

1/3 red onion chopped

2 tablespoons of veganaise

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

smidge of dijon mustard

pinch of pepper

♥ the how to …

in a bowl mix shredded cabbage, carrots and red onion (if short on time grab a bag at the store) with Veganaise, two teaspoons apple cider vinegar, smidge of dijon mustard + fresh cracked pepper to taste!

i love Daiya cheeze + coleslaw on fresh bread … Yum!
