guacamole + lettuce = wrap it up


quick, simple + nutritious, these lil’ wraps make the perfect snack, lunch or dinner …

3 large avocados

1 large tomato (chopped)

1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)

handful cilantro (chopped)

1/2 organic english cucumber (chopped)

juice 1/2 a lemon

1 garlic clove chopped

1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)

dash Himalayan sea salt (optional)

throw the avocado’s in a bowl + mash.  stir in the garlic, onion, cumin, salt + lemon juice.  add the chopped toms, cilantro + cucumber.   spoon into romaine lettuce leaves + bobs your uncle or in my case my father-in-law
